1 Bowl Baked Oatmeal
Y’all ready for this? This baked oatmeal is the perfect dish to prep ahead of time for a grab-and-go breakfast in the morning. It’s full of healthy ingredients that will keep you feeling full and satisfied all day long. Here’s what y’all need:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups almond milk (or any milk you like!)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.)
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add the diced apple, sliced banana, and chopped walnuts to the mixture and stir once more.
- Pour everything into a greased 9×9 baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
